BEST DECISION I’VE EVER MADE!!! I can’t recommend Preston, Garrett & Jill enough! There are a lot of attorneys out there. No need to look any further! Immediately felt no stress when I spoke with them. They genuinely listened, answered questions, are available day or night no pressure. Preston & Jill advocated for me and helped guide me to find the right care for me. They kept me informed and had my complete confidence while showing genuine compassion about my medical, mental and financial needs throughout. Preston and Jill were able to get full insurance payout very efficiently and with the best possible outcome! Preston & Jill never settled so I would benefit more and have funds for continuing care instead of being dragged out and majority of funds go to attorneys & fees. First with at fault underinsured insurer within a year and then my underinsured policy. Words cannot express how very grateful and appreciative I am!! I wouldn’t have been able to get through this without Handy & Handy!

I want to thank everyone at Handy and Handy! You made everything less stressful in a highly stressful situation. The car accident everyone in my family was in, has affected us all massively. I didn’t have to talk to insurance companies or remember the small details. Jill was even helpful in finding me the right care, as I had no idea what I was doing. I live in Florida and Jill took the time to help set me up with the local doctors here, and even made the appointments for me. She advocated for me and helped me take care of myself, something I wouldn’t have done without the guidance of their team. Even followed up with me on completing the doctor’s appointments. I am happy that Preston didn’t just settle for the amount they were trying to settle for. He fought to get me more. It was a way better outcome than I could have pictured. I’m extremely thankful and know I can recommend them to anyone with complete confidence that they will take care of you, and go above and beyond. Everyone in my family had separate cases with different problems and they guided us all throughout the process. The best part is that I trusted them to do what was best for me. A few years ago, Preston Handy of Handy & Handy Law Firm handled a case for my husband and me with outstanding care and professionalism. He was thorough, clear, and made sure we were both well taken care of. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. After spending a few years out of state, we unfortunately forgot about the firm when we returned home and ended up choosing a different law office for a recent accident. That turned out to be a big mistake — the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Recently, we received a thoughtful birthday card for my husband from Handy & Handy, and it reminded us of the exceptional service we received from them.
