When searching for a new attorney, my key priority was finding someone skilled and capable of basic, timely communication. Before partnering with Intermountain Legal, I was transparent about the importance of timely updates. From the start, there were warning signs. Alyssa and Celeste lost the signed contract (that did have glaring typos) and required me to come back in to re-sign (with the same typos). When filings were made in court, I was notified well past the halfway point of the response period. When I asked why, the reply was: "Sorry, it wasn't made available immediately." Either the court notification system was faulty, or the firm failed to provide timely communication. While this alone may not seem critical, the problem compounded when they repeatedly requested documentation at the last moment—via emails and calls during work hours. These contact points were billed to me, despite the delays being caused by their lack of planning. Furthermore, I was billed for her consulting with her partners on a simple matter because she didn't have the experience or knowledge to handle it independently. Most frustrating was that motions were filed without my review or input. When I raised this concern, I was told they were not required to seek my approval. I found their work product and professionalism weak and uninspiring. When I politely communicated my concerns about their performance, it triggered a highly reactive, emotional, and rude backlash. At one point, I even witnessed my attorney cry at the end of a motion—a moment that did not instill confidence or reassurance. Avoid this firm and Alyssa Beard and her paralegal Celeste.

Intermountain Legal team has been on point & very professional. I was recommended to them by a lawyer friend for a case I needed assistance on. They live up to their reputation & have very reasonable pricing. Clark was an incredible representative for my case & overall pleased with the result. Sophia was also very helpful and communicative during the process.

Okay I’m going to assume if you’re reading this that you need help, that you are hoping for some results in your current situation…well look no further because you’ve come to the right place! My attorney Alyssa Beard was amazing 10 out of 5 starts definitely very pleased with her and her team (CR) I needed help and i needed it fast and Alyssa did just that. I got full custody of my son, I was able to keep my son when his mother wanted to take him back away from me. Their pricing is very affordable and they are amazing at communication; Celeste (her assistant) was always there for my questions and concerns and made sure either her or Alyssa made contact with me that very same day! So like I said if you are in need of an attorney get ahold of Intermountain Legal you won’t regret it! I will for sure be recommending family n friends if the need ever arises!- Gio C
