I went through a challenging legal process and truly appreciated the consistency and presence Steve and his team brought to it. He was responsive, clear, and took the time to guide me through each stage so I understood what was happening and what to expect — always focused on achieving the best possible outcome. Having someone steady and accessible throughout made a difficult situation feel far more manageable. So grateful for his professionalism, care, and support in getting me through to the other side!
I cannot recommend Josh and his team highly enough. When I found myself in a challenging situation, the support I received was invaluable. Josh was one of the few individuals who truly understood what mattered most to me. He not only safeguarded my legal standing and driving privileges but also advocated for a swift resolution, allowing me to return to my daily life and maintain my employment. His expertise in the field is evident, and I heard high praise for him even from other attorneys. Additionally, his paralegal was exceptional, consistently responding promptly to my messages and demonstrating a strong command of her responsibilities. If the stakes are high and you have a lot to lose, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing Josh and his team to represent you.
Josh Egan was outstanding from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring which made a stressful situation so much easier. His attention to detail and clear communication gave me total confidence throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for better representation and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a truly excellent attorney.
If you’re on the fence about whether or not this is the firm for you — read my review in its entirety. I will give you the full unbiased truth First things first, these guys are true professionals and I would recommend them a thousand times over if possible. My rights were violated during a traffic stop. After looking through a few different law firms and getting a recommendation for this one, I decided to pull the trigger. I’m won’t BS you… Good lawyers cost money — but you get what you pay for. Don’t settle for mediocrity. They have a payment plan if you need. Don’t try to represent yourself, or especially, accept a ‘Public Defender’ — as they can’t always negotiate the most favorable terms for you These guys have won countless cases and there’s a reason you go to them. I’m not going to sit her and lie to you that your case will 100% be won. There’s no guarantee and hopefully you weren’t dumb enough to incriminate yourself when cops pull their regular o’l line of questioning designed to get you to confess to something you didn’t do. It’s also very dependent on how reasonable the judge is, and how aggressive the prosecutor in that jurisdiction happens to be In my case, I was pulled over for speeding, and complied with the officer completely. Not only did I cooperate, but I showed him the utmost respect and communicated with him on a human level. In my opinion, he was more concerned with meeting a quota than being a reasonable human being, and I got thrown in jail for the first time in my life Can you imagine? Fragile little old me… being seen as a criminal. I’m way too pretty for jail 💅🏻 If you’re reading this, you probably also spent time in jail, and can agree that you don’t belong there. As I looked around at all the other jailbirds, they were coming down off heavy drugs, or bloody from fights they got in, etc. Meanwhile, I looked more classy than any of the correctional officers there The lawyer assigned to me was Josh Egan. Super chill dude. Very upfront. No bullshit. He knows his worth and what he provides and that comes off very clearly in the way he conducts himself. That gave me the reassurance that I was making the right choice when I gave them my credit card info He was honest with me that the arresting officer was very experienced at writing DUI’s and usually very good at following protocol. The case wasn’t a slam dunk, but that he gave his word to get me the most favorable terms possible For the record, I do not condone driving under the influence. If you are inebriated, just get an uber. It’s not fair to endanger other people’s lives. However, let’s be real, the new 0.05% rule in Utah is pretty backwards. There’s no separation of church and state and it’s just a way to target non Mormons for “not following our rules” My court case took like 6 months to win. The prosecutor offered a plea deal that may lawyer said was quite favorable. But that he was willing to keep fighting if I didn’t want to take it After weighing pros and cons with Josh, I decided to fight it on principle alone, since I had nothing to lose except some extra time I’m proud to say that I won. My rights were violated. Josh is really professional during his questioning of the officer. Even the judge agreed that at no point did I indicate intoxication or inability to operate a vehicle. I complied with the officer respectfully, held conversation, and followed instructions perfectly I learned a lot about my rights as a citizen and how to interact (or not interact lol) with cops going forward They’re trained to get you to admit fault one way or another. So best thing you can do is comply with license/insurance/registration, and then keeps your lips sealed. You’re not required to answer their interrogations. Just say “I prefer not to answer. Am I free to go?” Obviously if you’re here, it’s too late for that. So just hire these guys and let them handle it for you. It pays for itself honestly
I don't recommend Jason after he was paided 97% of 30 thousand he decided to quite on me and told me I was a dumbass and to never contact him again for business he was extremely mad i bothered him during golfing timing asking about my case he had no idea what was going on then called the prosecutor 2min later said I have to take the deal long story short after him quitting on me I asked for a refund didn't answer me or call back , 1 yr latter he decided to sue me with his people for $2,800 the remaining balance for the 30k I feel like he don't deserve to get paid after quitting on me and name calling me and pressuring me a take a deal I was not okay with from the start. I'm getting sue and going to be paying that old balance. I just wanted to make everyone aware of the kind of business this unprofessional guy does with his clients and expects then not to say anything. Sorry for everyone that has had bad business from Jason I recommend do your research before you come here.
