If you are looking for a very good and dependable plumber, then look no further than Don at Handyman Reality. My daughter recommended Don to me and I have not regretted it. I used Don to fix my kitchen sink a few years ago and he did a very good job. My son and daughter-in-law used him just a few days ago to fix their kitchen sink and replace the faucet and again, Don did a very good job. Don is very professional, personable and competent. He is always on time and we are all very satisfied with the work he does and generally the whole interaction. Don provides quality work at a very decent price. I would highly recommend Don to anyone looking for a plumber. You won't regret it.

Horrible follow through skills. Picks and chooses if he wants the job yet he “does everything”. Edit* I don’t think stating a fact is attacking. Hope your year to come is better for you. Your response to negative feedback should be alarming for future people wanting to do business with this guy.

I would recommend Don to anyone who needs anything doing! He is quick and so friendly and so good at his job. When you meet Don you realise there are good honest people out there who are prepared to do an excellent job for a very fair rate. Thanks Don!

Weird interaction with this guy today. Emailed him asking for a quote. He gave his hourly rate. I emailed back indicating I need my shower fixed and maybe we can discuss some other small jobs when he is at my home. He says he’s busy booked for ten days I said that’s ok I’m not in a rush I just need to fix the shower first and everything else can wait. He asked for photos of my shower. I sent them over email and then I went to sleep in the afternoon because I work nights. Then he calls me and wakes me up (this is my fault for not turning off my ringer!) and says he’s in the area and wants to look at the shower. I’m annoyed because I’m trying to sleep but I figure if he wants to come look at it, this is an indication he might actually do the repair, so it’s worth it to get up and meet with him. he looks at it, tells me I was given bad information by my plumber and by my condo management/their plumber, badmouths them, asks me how much I paid for my unit, complained about the flooring the seller installed in my unit ?? And brags to me about getting a cheaper unit for a friend in another area. He talks about how condos are bad investments and he never would have paid what I did for my unit. I’m just thinking to myself …what does any of this have to do with my shower being fixed? I live in this building because my friends live here and I like the amenities and location. Why do you need to know my financial situation? i just need this repair done. I don’t need to get into all that. He tells me which specific part to buy in order to fix the problem, which I definitely appreciated, he is clearly knowledgeable and experienced at his job. then I asked him, if I get the part are you able to come back in a few weeks to install it? he says no I’m slammed I’m too busy and leaves. I couldn’t fall back asleep, but I did find the part on Amazon. so that’s good. Unfortunately I still need to hire someone else to do the repair and now I’m working overnight on no sleep. I just don’t understand why you would want to come see the job if you are so busy you’re going to refuse the work anyway. Save us both the time and just tell me you’re too busy so I can hire someone else who has time. edited to add: yes, i was born outside of Canada, Don, and only someone who's a racist or an immigrant hater would feel the need to highlight where their customer was born, which is relevant to absolutely none of this.

I’ve had a rental property for years and have seen all kinds of handymen come and go. Don is by far the best I’ve seen. Attention to details, photos of work needed and completed along with accurate assessments and suggestions. I would not hesitate to recommend Don for any repairs or maintenance you require.
