Hann Roofing carried out remedial roof works for us in November 2025. The scope included scaffolding for safe access, renewal of defective roof elements to the side elevation and valleys, installation of new decking and torch-on felt waterproofing, and reinstatement of existing tiles. Matt took the time to diagnose the issue carefully and clearly explained the available repair options before providing a fair and reasonable quote. Communication throughout was excellent, the work was completed on time, and it came with a five-year guarantee. I would not hesitate to recommend Hann Roofing to friends and family.

Matt’s team worked on replacing a failed lead valley along one side of my house. Throughout the process Matt&team were very professional and easy to work with, they arrived on time each day and got through the job in the allotted time, and the results look to be to a high standard. A week or so after the job I spotted a patch that needed a bit more attention, and Matt had someone round the next day without complaint to finish it off. All in all very pleased with the service, and can fully recommend!

New roof — Matt's responsiveness and communication was excellent from when we first enquired, right through to the very end of the process. The on-site team answered all of our enquiries and were really respectful of our house and garden, working well between tricky on-and-off torrential rain, and insuring the roof was sealed and house kept dry throughout. We're so happy with the results — the roof looks really tidy. They gave use a choice of tiles, which they brought samples of, and we chose the Breckland Brown double roman. We're in a terraced house and they insured that the join with the neighbours was smooth and neat also. We have already and will continue to recommend Hann to family and friends!
