I was very disappointed with my experience with this team. Due to a change in our wedding plans, I canceled her services more than 60 days in advance, which, according to the contract, is the deadline after which a deposit is non-refundable. Despite this, and after about two months of emailing with no response, Hanna refused to refund my deposit. While the deposit was not large, I was extremely disappointed that she did not honor the terms of the contract.

Hanna and her team did a phenomenal job with hair and makeup on my wedding day! Her fun, bubbly energy was the perfect way to kick off the day. We had eight people getting their hair and makeup done, and they stayed ahead of schedule the entire time. Everyone looked stunning, and most importantly, our hair and makeup lasted all day long! I can't recommend Hanna and her team enough for your wedding beauty needs!

Hanna and her team were PHENOMENAL! I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, and I could not be more grateful. She is such a bubbly presence, and made sure that everyone had a great start to a wonderful day. On top of that, Hanna allowed my sister to assist with my wedding make up, which meant the world to me and my family. I would recommend her to anyone having their wedding in West Michigan, or for any hair and beauty needs. You will not be disappointed!

Hanna and her team did hair and makeup for myself, 8 bridesmaids and 2 moms for my New Year's Eve wedding. They did an incredible job and everyone was absolutely in love with their look. They came on site to our hotel, were timely, professional, and so much fun to work with! I would recommend Hanna and her team to everyone I know (I already have friends trying to book their own weddings after the awesome job they did.) Looking for another reason to get glammed up so I can use them again!

Hanna Wagner and her team were fantastic! Hanna traveled to St. Joe Michigan to do hair and makeup for myself, the bride, 6 of my bridesmaids, 2 sister-in-laws, and my mother and my mother-in-law. It was a big group, but Hanna and her two co-workers handled it wonderfully. I've been in plenty of weddings and usually there's at least one person who hates her professional makeup. That wasn't the case with Hanna. Everyone LOVED their makeup and looked absolutely beautiful. I did my hair and makeup trial and wanted several changes for my wedding day. Hanna took excellent notes and executed them very well. The makeup lasted all night, the eyelashes looked super natural, and the hair was too die for. Hanna was an excellent communicator and showed up right on time. She was also super fun to hang out with the day of our wedding. I would absolutely recommend Hanna and her team to anyone who needs their hair or makeup done!
