I love my time at Hapik Dallas. I assume I'm their oldest member at 65+ years young. The staff makes me feel welcome & they are very helpful. I enjoy climbing, and the obstacle course is great! The kids seem to have a great time, and I learn a lot from them.
My daughter had her birthday party here last year and she wanted to come back. Another great experience. Her and her friends climbed for about an hour and 10 min non stop! We ended with cake and presents. There were people around to help if needed. She loved making it to the top and yelling for me to see :) she really enjoyed the ropes course and did that a few times. Her party was late afternoon and it felt less crowded than the earlier time. So much fun!
Came in last Friday evening (11/7/25) and my 9 and 10 year old boys had THE best time ever and are ready to come back! Every single staff member was friendly, patient, and ensured safety for all the kids there for our pta event. Highly recommend!
My kids had a blast, but the cleanliness of the soft play and picnic area is why I'm giving it 4 stars. It needs to be deep cleaned. The bathrooms were spotless, I will give them that. Another issue was charging me by 2 hrs vs 1. I think that an hour option should be available for customers. Especially if you're about to close in 1 1/2 hours. The price is reasonable. The staff was friendly, professional, and so helpful.
Fun for the whole family. Great place, awesome employees. Everyone made our visit entertaining and safe. Clean environment. Must visit. We'll be back! Thanks again!
