Worst experience ever. They took 2 full hours to move a one-bedroom apartment with fewer than 15 boxes, plus a TV and a bed. On top of that, it took them 30 minutes to drive just 0.5 miles to the new apartment. It honestly felt like the movers were intentionally working slowly to reach the 3-hour minimum and charge extra. When I raised this issue, customer service completely stopped responding. This was by far the most frustrating moving experience I’ve ever had. I’ve used four different moving companies, and this one is the worst by far. I really recommend searching for other moving company and don’t get fooled by their 4.9 star reviews

DO NOT USE HAPPY HOME MOVING, PLEASE!!! Go with another company for your own peace of mind!! I've used them several times before, and even had left them a positive Yelp review in the past. But this time, it was an UTTER DISASTER. They damaged the home we were moving out of, many pieces of furniture, and the home we were moving into. This even included BREAKING A WALL, which can be seen in my photos. They also lost or broke small bits of furniture that make them unusable (bookshelf shelf holders, a wheel off a rolling bin, etc.) We started an email thread with them the same night as our move to track all the damage we were discovering as we unpacked and unwrapped things. They kept saying they would look into things. We followed up a week later, and they're DENYING ALL DAMAGE and refuse to do anything. Even though we have a history of multiple moves with them (3+), and have never complained with prior moves, they refuse to believe us. I've included photos of just SOME of the damage. Please, please watch out. I feel it's important to know that if their movers do any damage to your belongings, the company will side with them as long as they deny it, and you'll get no help.

We've used Happy Home Moving three times before, and we never had to deal with such a poor experience. We paid extra to use four movers despite the recommendation we use three, because we wanted them to do a good job. We had to document 18 different instances of the movers damaging either our new home or our furniture. When we alerted Steve, the manager, to these damages, he told us he would work with his claims department and get back to us. After a week, he asked if he could give me a call and then told me that he checked with the movers and they said they didn't do any of the EIGHTEEN instances of damage and he couldn't do anything for me. Even though they collected the remnants of their damages several times, they are denying that they did it. Since our house is old, and because they think our furniture "looked old", they aren't responsible. I'm starting to realize that they offer a discount for cash payment because they know that people would do chargebacks given the quality of their work. BEWARE!

Warner and Baia did such a great job with my move. I moved from Covina to East Hollywood and these guys had the job done within 3.5 hours! Everything was prepped well and nothing was damaged through it all. Highly recommend!

Hired six-men moving team from my move from OC to RPV. The moving process was seamless and every mover was very professional and proactive in getting my delicate items and furniture in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend them to anyone moving!
