recently had the pleasure of having Juliet from Happy Spa Dogs mobile dog grooming take care of my puppy, Maple, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Juliet went above and beyond to make sure Maple felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire grooming session. Maple can be a little wiggly and nervous, but Juliet showed incredible patience and gentleness, giving extra care and attention to make her feel secure. She took the time to talk to Maple, comfort her, and ensure every part of the grooming process was stress-free. By the end of the session, Maple not only looked fantastic but was wagging her tail happily! The convenience of the mobile service combined with Juliet’s professionalism and genuine love for animals makes Happy Spa Dogs my go-to choice. So happy i found happy spa dogs! Not only were they able to get my new puppy in the same day but Katelyn did a great job. She was super friendly and made my puppy feel safe since he is super shy and nervous.

The groomer was young and seemed like inexperienced. She lost her cool and I had to be there almost the entire time to help her groom Vulcan and have his nails trimmed. When the most difficult part was over I went back into the house. When Mya brought Vulcan back she said that he fell out of the van and apologized for it. She did bring Halloween bandana and we gave her milk bone toffee treats to share with other furry customers. Vulcan is limping tho. We notified the office and purchased pain remedies to make him more comfortable. It’s has been almost a week now and he is limping on his back legs and it makes it difficult for him to go potty. We are very concerned and what was supposed to be nice groom turned into stressful and traumatic experience for Vulcan and us as well. Unfortunate 😿😿😿
