After our beloved groomer of 10 years retired, we were in search of a new groomer. This was Zoey’s first time being groomed by someone else, and we were both excited and a bit nervous. To our delight, the service at Happy Tails was professional and the facility was spotless. We dropped off Zoey in a rather rough state, but when we picked her up, she smelled and looked incredible! Dawn, the groomer, did an amazing job! Zoey was a little nervous when we dropped her off in the new environment, but so happy to be around the employees when we picked her up! Our little girl clearly adored all the love and attention she received during her spa day!

My dog Ruby has been going here for nearly 2 years. They are very accommodating and I just signed up my new dog to come here. The evaluation process was very quick and they were very understanding knowing my adopted dog has a history I am unaware of. They are supportive by encouraging that time there will build his confidence around other dogs.

Excellent job on grooming. It’s very obvious my two dogs have never been groomed to this level before. The quality of work really stood out. Be aware there is an extra charge for undercoat removal. I was honestly blown away by the additional $300 for my two long-haired GSDs. While they did mention there could be an extra charge, I didn’t expect it to be that much. That said, to their defense, it took an additional hour per dog due to the amount of brushing required, and the cost is based on the groomer’s time. Overall, the staff was great and the facility is very professional. My dogs arrived nervous and left happy, extremely well groomed, and clearly well cared for. I highly recommend this company—just keep the potential undercoat cost in mind when booking.

My pup has been here for both boarding and daycare. He absolutely is beyond excited when we pull in and cannot wait to go play with his buddies. The staff here are all super sweet and visibly love their jobs working here. I cannot say enough good things about Happy Tails! He comes hope happy and ready for a snooze every time which is a huge win with his abundant energy!

My puppy S'mores seems to do very well while boarding at Happy Tails. They groom her while there and she always looks beautiful and smells so good! The facility is always so clean and odor free and the staff is so friendly and professional. Happy Tails really do cater to our four legged friends!
