I have been taking my cats to this veterinary center for years now. They are always nice and seem to care about my cats' well being. I like that they are not pushy about the choice of services and let you know up front what your estimated costs are at your visit. I had put down one of my cats years ago at another vet clinic and after I switched to Happy Tails, I had to put down my second cat. What a difference! Happy Tails was so supportive and caring during that difficult time and went over and beyond during the process. I highly recommend them!

Happy Tails Vet Center has been taking care of my Boston Terrier, Daisy, for her entire life, and I couldn’t ask for a better veterinary team. Every visit is smooth, professional, and caring. The staff always makes Daisy feel comfortable and at ease — she actually likes going to the vet because of them! They’re consistently thorough, kind, and patient, and they genuinely care about the animals they treat. I always feel confident Daisy is in the best hands. Highly recommend Happy Tails to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate vet in Aurora.

I can’t say enough good things about Happy Tails! I have three dogs (two of them seniors), and the level of care, patience, and kindness they show is truly unmatched. A couple of years ago, I lost my cat, and the entire team was so compassionate and sensitive as they helped me through that difficult time. Every visit since then has reinforced how much they genuinely care about both pets and their people. They always take the time to explain things clearly, answer my questions, and treat my pups as if they were their own. I trust them completely with my furry family, and I’m so grateful to have such an amazing team supporting us. Highly recommend Happy Tails to anyone looking for thoughtful, professional, and truly caring veterinary care!

We had the unfortunate circumstance where something was not right with our dog Sophie. They are not an emergency vet but was able to get us in to look and see what is going on. Was not good news and had to send her to doggy heaven. She was 14 years old and had a good life. From the front staff to the Doctor, they were fantastic and could feel the empathy they had for us and Sophie. If and when we move on to get another dog, this will now be our vet! Would highly recommend!!!!

They are spendy! They’re pricing is very transparent though, both the doctors and the techs are more than willing to explain their pricing system and they easiest way to help my pet. The front desk people are always so helpful and intuitive to our needs, especially Forest and the girl with green eyes and freckles (her name escapes me). We will continue to take our Husky here.
