If you would like to disrupt your neighborhood for more than two hours on a Sunday morning and have workers respond belligerently to questions from your neighbors, then this is the company for you. They told me “We have work to do and we work on Sunday.” Well, guess what? No one in the office works on Sunday. They appear completely unconcerned with how their policies and procedures affect others. Terrible.

Tom and his team did an amazing job trimming our trees. Tom is very knowledgeable about trees and advised us not to cut our trees back too far. The team was very promt and efficient and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They even blew the leaves off of our yard and swept everything up. Tom responded by email to my request for an estimate at 5:30am the next morning. He was on time to meet me for the estimate, answered all of my many questions and gave me a fair quote. I appreciated that he was honest about how much really needed to be trimmed on our tree and didn't try to upsell us. His crew arrived early, were courteous, thorough and were completed with the job within two hours. Not only did they clean up my yard, but they made sure the neighbor's yards were clean as well. Tom provided a prompt and reasonable estimate for extensive tree trimming on our property. Today Tom and his crew completed the work. They were prompt, highly professional, efficient, and extremely customer focused. Tom checked with us numerous times to make sure his team was doing what we wanted. The team was meticulous in removing debris including disposing of a large amount of fruit that fell on the ground after a plum tree was trimmed. Our objective was to gain more sunshine for the backyard and a side-yard garden. We could not have been more pleased with the results. If I could, I would give Tom and his team 6 stars.
