Harriett's Bookshop, named for Harriet Tubman, is a beautifully curated independent bookstore in Philadelphia dedicated to amplifying Black voices and stories. We offer a cozy, inviting space with a thoughtfully selected collection of books by Black authors, including cookbooks, history, children's literature, and more. Our shop features a community table, candles, and a developing coffee/tea setup, creating a sensory-calm environment perfect for browsing, reading, and events like book signings. We are proudly Black-owned and committed to fostering joy, connection, and literary discovery in the Fishtown neighborhood.
