Had an unforgettable dinner here. The variety of fish in the sashimi set was impressive, and the freshness was top-notch. I especially loved the creative rolls and the perfectly seasoned oysters. Not only was the food delicious, but the plating was also stunning. It’s the perfect spot for a special occasion or when you just want to treat yourself to premium sushi. Highly recommend the Unagi and the Chef's Special Sashimi!
Really enjoyed the authentic food. I got the Black Garlic Tongatsu Ramen and it was delicious and rich in flavor (not watered down tasting). My picky eater also really liked the miso soup. We always have a hard time finding good ramen. Appreciate that they do it well. We will be back!
I had such a great experience at Haru Sushi! Our server, Yetti, was AMAZING. She was super attentive the entire time — anytime there were dishes or any little trash on the table, she cleared it immediately. She kept a smile on her face the whole time, gave us great recommendations, and made us feel really taken care of. We ordered the Paradise Roll, Shrimp Balls, Korean BBQ Roll, Seared Salmon Roll, fresh wasabi, and hot green tea. Everything came out quickly and tasted delicious. The Shrimp Balls were a standout — they honestly taste like a deep-fried California roll (don’t let the name intimidate you!). My personal favorite was the Seared Salmon Roll — the flavor was amazing and perfectly balanced. If you’re in the area and want a relaxed, comfortable spot for lunch or dinner, I highly recommend Haru Sushi. Great food, great service, and an overall great vibe.⭐️🍣
I had an amazing experience at Haru Sushi in Glendale! I ordered the deluxe sashimi and omakase, and every single piece was perfectly seasoned, incredibly fresh, and beautifully presented. You can really tell the care and detail that goes into the food. It was both delicious and visually stunning!! 🤩😍 The service made the experience even better. Manager Nick and our server Sergio were both attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was spot on. Their hospitality really elevated the meal. 🥰 I would highly recommend Haru Sushi to anyone in town or visiting. It’s definitely a place worth checking out if you love quality sushi and excellent service! 💕✨
Haru is a nice, quiet restaurant, nicely decorated. Service was fast but not pushy. I would give the food a 3.5 if I were able. The Korean steak was disappointing, on the bland side, but plenty of it. All dishes were very ample, and we did take some home. Plenty of good miso, and plenty of good cucumber salad. A nice bonus is that you can tailor any dish! Because of the good service and nice atmosphere, the 3 of us enjoyed our time there. We will return, and I would recommend.
