So we have a downstairs toilet that we were having backup issues and we tried everything to unclog. Finally the toilet and tub exposed with overflow. It was a horrible site and we were freakin out since everyone is coming to our house for Christmas. I called Harvey Baker Sunday night and left a message for them to call me first thing this morning. They called me immediately and had someone out to the house within a couple of hours. We had Tyler and Scott troubleshoot the issue. The main line was clogged and they unclogged it right away. Not only did they unclog the toilet but Scott took it upon himself to clean the tub, toilet and floor where debris from the backup had exploded all over the place. My daughter and I were dreading the clean up, which was a complete disaster. After he cleaned he even spray bleach all over that I had sitting on the counter. Now that is SERVICE!!! We were so grateful for the both of them but Scott went above and beyond! My daughter and I will be forever grateful🙏🏻 I will never use anyone else but Harvey Baker Plumbing and hopefully always get the same gentlemen. Thank you, thank you for making our Christmas a whole lot better!

Excellent company! Easy to make an appointment. Friendly office staff. The techs Nate, and Alex arrived at the time that was scheduled. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. They resolved the plumbing issues, and checked other plumbing in the house for problems. Will call this company again for plumbing service. Very knowledgeable. 5 stars !!!!

You would have 5 stars if It wasnt for your receptionist who screamed at me on the phone. I only have praises for your business so that was very unprofessional when she could have definitely carried herself alot better than that because I am very sure she has been key in all your good reviews.. You should be professional 100% of the time. That was extremely uncalled for. I hope she has a better day and doesn't take it out on anyone else.

Great experience! I called yesterday after another plumber recommended them and they came out today to fix my issue. Juan was personable, professional, and most importantly, he fixed my issue quickly! I will definitely call again if I am in need of a plumber.

I initially had issues with the circulating pump piping, and multiple plumbers attempted to fix it, but their repairs always resulted in leaks in the garage. Thankfully, the management team at Harvey stepped in and resolved the problem efficiently and correctly. Their timely and professional service made all the difference!
