We called because our drain line has been making a gurgling noise. The plumber Charles Romero told us he needed to us a camera to look in the line. Which he did not bring with him. Even tho we call for a drain issue. He did not bring the tools. But he did charge us $205 for come out and fixing nothing. We are very disappointed with this company and will never call them again.

Horrible, horrible horrible.. This company has no integrity. All they want is your money. Please stay away my husband and I used this company to install a garbage disposal we paid close to $800 for the garbage disposal and insulation less than a year ago however, the garbage disposal is now leaking and no longer operable when we got the insulation and garbage disposal from plumbing today they told us it came with a two year warranty mind you, it has not even been a year under warranty. So we contacted them and they came out to my home today. They had me sign a document saying that it would be free of charge zero dollars to reinstall a new one since we were still within warranty. However, I did hear the plumbing manager Jose telling him the technician to try to at least get her to pay 300 and some odd dollars for insulation at that point I knew they would try to scam me out of money and would not hold up the warranty agreement to make a long story short the technician was told not to install without charging us another $780 for a new garbage disposal Or suggested we buy a new garbage disposal and they would charge usover $300 just to reinstall although we were within a warranty. Absolutely not my husband called up another plumbing company immediately. That was my first but definitely will be my last Time using plumbing today. if you do not want to get scammed out of money stay far away There are so many other companies that we have contacted that does great business and that we will be using from this point going forward. I’ve already told neighbors do not use this company unless you want to be scammed out of your money, very disappointed and unsatisfied customer. if I could give zero stars, I would.

I have been been waiting for three days for a response to my home damage caused by their bad installation of PEX pipe. They did send techs to fix leak. Silence after that. Each day I call them and they tell me they are emailing the supervisor. UPDATE. I called them again. It is now 7-2 with no response.

I would have been a new customer. I called and left a message, After hours service called me back. Whoever the woman was that called me, was an idiot. I called to make an appointment to get my instant hot water Descaled. She had no clue what it is. I asked her for the price, she says we can make an appointment and it’ll be $89 for the Trip charge but refuses to tell me how much it cost. Only says that when they are here and I like the price, they would Waive the service charge. I pressed her in asking what is the charge to do the service, she says $450. I’ve had the service done before, whoever this girl is should not be representing this company. I asked the girl to have the owner of the company called me back, she says not till Monday. Monday came, I called the office. They confirmed there would be a trip charge and refused to give me any sort of pricing. As a possible new customer, absolutely NO WAY would I do business with this company even if they were the best. They are money hungry and definitely not customer service oriented. It’s a shame
