My husband and I are both rather picky when it comes to our coffee and after lots of trial and error trying different specialty cafes in Spokane over the years we can confidently say this is the best coffee in Spokane. Their espresso is beautifully dialed in and their drip flavor profiles are incredible. Prices are super reasonable including their whole bean. Service is always very friendly and never makes you feel rushed. Been here several times and have yet to be disappointed, would 100% recommend!

Ive worked in the coffee industry for the better part of 20 years. I am incredibly particular about my coffee. Hatch has the best coffee in Spokane hands down. Ive never had a disappointing cup here. The space is great with plenty of seating.

My Latte was very good. I loved the old building and atmosphere of the place. Price was in line with other coffee shops. If the barista wouldn’t have been curt with me I would have given it five stars.

Very cool little spot downtown Spokane. I had an unsweetened matcha and it was delicious. The interior of the space is welcoming and cozy, with lots of lovely house plants. We walked over from our downtown hotel and it was a great slow start to the day.
