Sonia Nagpal was so kind, helpful, & made us feel so welcomed into the showroom! After a terrible experience with another sales representative at another store (not affiliated with Havertys), we were ready to give up on the furniture shopping for the day but Sonia was amazing!! She was so understanding with our wants/needs! She was very knowledgeable with the history of the company which made us grow trust in her and the brand!

What a wonderful experience. Our salesman “Hoover”, “like the vacuum” his words not mine, was exceptional. His years of experience and knowledge was much appreciated. He helped my aunt and me and my husband pick out furniture for our new homes. He was able to tell us the difference between styles, make recommendations on color and had a great sense of humor. Look forward to getting our new furniture. And Hoover, don’t forget my pillows. 😊

Sonia Nagpal was just so great. She gave us space to look around and then offered suggestions once she had an idea of our furniture wants and needs. She was never pushy and didn’t keep asking if she could help us which we appreciated! Sonia was 100% correct with the area rug suggestion as we think it’s perfect and really pulled the look together! She has been fantastic in all phases of the process to include the initial purchase, delivery expectations, and her impressive after delivery follow up. She wants you to love your furniture decision. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and genuine, ask for her!

Beautiful store and well stocked. Customer service from Justin was fabulous. With a brief discussion he figured out exactly what we were looking for. Everything he showed us in sofas, chairs and rugs were strong contenders. Ultimately we settled on a sofa and chair designed to go together. There was another leather chair that we loved but we weren't sure it would work. In comes the onsite interior designer (I apologize, but her name escapes me) who showed us how well the three pieces could be coordinated. Bottom line it was an incredible shopping experience. We weren't optimistic walking in since a prior furniture store experience didn't go well at all. Save yourself some time and go straight to Haverty's. You won't be disappointed.

Sonia Nagpal was very professional, thoughtful, and attentive to my needs. She made every effort to make my experience a great one. In the past I have dealt with Gregg Love and he has been wonderful as well. I can only say good things about the staff there. The furniture is very good quality and most of all I appreciate the financing that helps me pay for my furniture slowly while having it at home.
