I recently purchased furniture from Havertys and had an excellent experience. The sales representative, Mike A., was very helpful and knowledgeable, making the buying process smooth and enjoyable. The delivery team also did a great job—everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service. Highly recommend Havertys for quality furniture and great customer care!

This was our first and last stop for a new living room set. Mike A. listened to what we were looking for and we went with the first set he showed us. The whole process was top notch! We will be back the next time we need new furniture or mattress. Thanks Mike for making it a seamless process.

Terrible warranty service. Don’t waste your money at this place. We have been waiting almost a year for them to fix the power function on our couch. They scheduled the repair and then cancel it saying they “couldn't keep the appointment.” The furniture is way overpriced. We had a nightstand with the usb connections that constantly went bad. The dresser door doesn’t close properly and they said nothing they could do.

I had such a wonderful experience with Haverty’s! I worked with Brandia and Bailey through their design studio service to create two rooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, they were efficient in understanding my needs, quickly picked up on my design preferences, and thoughtfully put together rooms that were both beautiful and functional. What stood out most was their flexibility and efficiency throughout the entire process—they made what could have been overwhelming feel seamless and enjoyable. Even after the sale, their follow-up and care were excellent, ensuring I felt completely supported from start to finish. If you’re looking for a team that truly listens, brings your vision to life, and makes the process easy and enjoyable, I highly recommend working with Brandia, Bailey, and the Haverty’s design studio team.
