Izumi was honestly so kind and understanding throughout the whole experience. When my hotel timing got pushed back later than expected, she was super accommodating and made everything work smoothly, which I really appreciated. She was very respectful, asked about my preferences, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. The makeup turned out amazing, and I felt like a princess with my hair as well. I got so many compliments that night. She truly made my prom feel extra special, and I would 100% go back to her again!
