Was driving home to Kent, car went into limp mode. RAC recovered me and took me to Hawks. RAC man Rob 5* Hawks Garage !! WOW, cannot recommend them enough. Got me back on the rod same day and was home 12 hours later and I wasn’t over charged. Staff so friendly and really professional. I will be bringing car back up to be serviced when due as feel much more confident with this garage than any other. Thank you

Been using Hawks many times since the backend of last year. Brian and his staff can't do enough for you! Always have time and make you feel at ease. No job is to much hassle, always has time for you. And without a doubt the best garage in the NW. Perfect results every time. Couldn't ask for more.

My experience with Hawkes Garage was a pleasure. It's difficult to find a garage that offers reliability, honesty, good workmanship,a very reasonably priced service and amazing customer service. I called to book a full service, along with a list of other things that needed doing, on the Saturday, took my car on the Monday and it was ready by Tuesday. It would've been ready on the Monday, if it weren't for a part that needed ordering. I also asked, st very short notice, if they could book my partner's work van in for an MOT,and with no hesitation it was booked in before expiry. Brian runs this garage efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. I have had some bad experiences with garages before but I will definitely be returning here.

Brilliant Service – Honest, Reliable, and Great Value! I can’t recommend Hawks Car Garage highly enough. Their customer service is absolutely brilliant – they genuinely go above and beyond for their clients. What really stood out to me is their honesty. They only charge for what actually needs doing and don’t try to upsell or overcharge for the sake of it. It’s clear they care more about keeping their customers happy than making a quick buck. My mother-in-law's car had a cracked coolant tank. Another garage (Arnold) wanted £150 just to diagnose the issue – even after I’d already told them what the problem was! That’s when I found Hawks, and I’m so glad I did. They told me to bring the car in straight away, and within a day or two, it was fully repaired – and the total cost was just £300. No nonsense, no inflated prices – just honest, efficient work. Really pleased with the experience and will definitely be using them again. If you’re looking for a trustworthy garage that won’t break the bank, Hawks is the one to go to.
