We recently had the absolute pleasure of hosting our daughter's wedding at Hayes Hollow, and the entire experience was wonderful. The venue itself is beautiful and provided a lovely backdrop for such a special day. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional staff, especially our coordinator, Brenda. She partnered with our family seamlessly throughout the planning and the day of the event. Brenda has such a rare and wonderful balance: she was incredibly effective at keeping us on track and attentive to every detail, while also being wonderfully patient and allowing us the space to truly take in and enjoy the moment. Her guidance ensured everything ran smoothly without ever feeling rushed. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. We felt supported and celebrated from start to finish. We highly recommend Hayes Hollow it's a truly special place with a phenomenal team!

Our wedding was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, everything flowed so effortlessly, every detail felt touched by love and intention. Emily and Rebecca were an absolute gift. They poured their hearts into every part of our day and made the entire experience seamless, joyful, and full of magic. It was truly an honor to share such a sacred and unforgettable moment with them. The venue took our breath away, and our guests are still talking about how stunning everything was ; from the atmosphere to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. It felt like love was woven into every corner, every smile, every moment. We’ll cherish these memories for a lifetime and forever be grateful to the incredible team who made our wedding everything we’d ever dreamed of… and more.

My wedding day was absolutely amazing!! My wedding planner, Hailee made sure the day ran smoothly and that me, my husband, bridal party, and guests were all taken care of. She did a fantastic job! Everything from the planning, decor, venue, food, DJ, and service was amazing. I would definitely recommend Hayes Hollow.

Hailee, she has been nothing but amazing with us. She helped us along every single step of the way and informed us in very clear detail of everything that was going on, we could not have asked for anyone better to be by our side on every single step of the way. She made our entire planning process easy and was nothing but loving caring and sweet. We highly recommend her as a planner because of how amazing she is, not only as a planner but as a person.

We had a lovely wedding at Hayes Hollow it is a beautiful venue. We did as many of the package options as we could to make the experience as easy as possible. I would highly recommend the catering options everyone was very impressed with the food. We used the DJ service the venue provided and I was beyond disappointed in DJ Dani. Not only was our sound in the ceremony terrible multiple times but it made loud noises and she just turned it off all together a couple times. Wasn't impressed with her DJ skills in the wedding reception either. I felt like she would have been a little more on top of some of her direction and cues but not sure unless you knew how it should have been would you have noticed. I had high hopes for her in our meetings and when I talked to her after she had nothing really to say about it but yeah sorry. I would recommend Hayes Hollow but would for sure find my own DJ. Also keep in mind the wedding chapel has a big echo. I hope you're lucky enough to work with Audra she is amazing so helpful and always available. I was sad when we were transferred to the wedding coordinator. But she was sweet too but no one could top Audra. All and all a beautiful wedding and a great start to a beautiful life together.
