I was extremely frustrated by constant headaches, fatigue, and repeated infections. It wasn’t until I went to the Health & Vitality Center and saw Dr. Shiva Lalezar that we discovered I had metal poisoning. She helped me eliminate the metals, and it completely changed my life. Dr Lalezar has literally been a life saver for me! I did my research before choosing The Health & Vitality Center and was impressed with the variety of services offered. I can confidently say I've never had a doctor show so much warmth and genuine care. I've never had a doctor listen to me and believe me like Dr Lalezar. I took advantage of the all the testing she recommended, to learn the most I could. I did the heavy metals testing, the wheat zoomer to test leaky gut, a comprehensive blood test. This clinic is unique in being able to offer blood testing and infusions on site! The biggest impact Dr Lalezar had for me was in regard to my cancer diagnosis at age 43. My experience with conventional oncologists was full of overwhelming emotional and physical distress. I could tell they didn't care. I could tell I was just being run through a one-size-fits-all system. When I told Dr Lalezar the oncologists didn't have any treatment ideas beyond surgery, Dr Lalezar told me about Dr Nezami. He is an oncologist who does integrative cancer research and treatment called MTET (customized cancer treatment based on a person's genetics). Dr Lalezar called him during our appointment so we could talk. Dr Nezami got my treatment going right away, and I get my infusions at Dr Lalezar's office. After being in harsh hospital type settings, Dr Lalezar's office is calming breath of fresh air. The nurse and office manager, Michelle, is a so thoughtful and kind and professional. Getting treatment at the Health and Vitality Center has been the perfect place for someone like me who struggles with anxiety. Dr Lalezar continues to treat my health concerns such as hormone imbalance in collaboration with Dr. Nezami. I actually learned from Dr Nezami that my cancer was hormone - related which my previous team of oncologists did not know. Fair warning, the cancer treatments are not cheap. But my scan came back normal! For over 20 years I struggled with complicated health issues doctors failed to diagnose or help me with. To have finally found real help is a God-given gift. Dr Lalezar is so well-connected with other health professionals, so she has the benefit of consulting with them and sharing knowledge. Dr Lalezar is such a hopeful, positive, and caring spirit. I couldn't more highly recommend her!!

I’m a third-year medical student and had the chance to rotate with Dr. Shiva. I’ve been so inspired by the way she practices. She really looks at the whole person and not just the diagnosis, and it shows in how her patients feel. I got to see patients receiving chelation therapy and was honestly amazed at how much lighter and more energized they seemed over time.
