Not a good company to work with. They try to pressure you into buying supplements that will likely never get used or will not pay out. The ethics of this company are very poor when dealing with agents and clients.

Customer service is extremely rude, intimidating, and they try to bully you into buying policies you can't afford. Extremely expensive policies. They drop you and threaten to put you in jail. Very inhumane treatment.

This company is a SCAM !! Someone placed my number on a list here and they have called me 40 times in the last hour. 5 texts. No one from coorporate helps to remove my number and when I ask the people answering my calls to take my name off the list, they hang up. I will get with a lawyer if this doesn't stop. This is some type of scam ! Look it up on the internet before moving forward.

This is a rip-off company. Tried to sell me indemnity insurance instead of health insurance. They should be ashamed of themselves trying to prey on innocent consumers that have no health insurance and the Texas state legislature and governor should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such dishonorable conduct in this great state.

I worked with Bubi attempting to secure better coverage for various conditions I have - this was the Medicare Advantage program .... Although in all honesty my attempt failed due to massive paperwork errors and all sorts of erroneous physician assignments - including requiring me to travel to San Francisco when all sorts of nearby medical establishments are right here where I live, I really do not slight the agent whom I found to be very cordial, straight forward and sccomidating - I'm sure my particular problems resulted from computer or some sort of clerical. Bubi was also willing to work with me to iron out the problems that had occurred - but I just ran out of time. I do not feel this is such a terrible company - I was treated very well - I do not slight my agent at all
