This Marketplace (United Health Care) is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! I was told that I wouldn't have to pay anything unless I used it. I never received any bill or monthly payment. I just filed taxes and I owe $950.00. There's a $35 policy fee and they turned one policy into 3 separate policies so now it's $95.00 If you have United Healthcare I would drop them ASAP! It's government owned too so not sure if there's anything I can even do to dispute this fraud.

I worked with Vernon who signed me up for insurance and supplemental. I specifically said I need the first payment to start next month. He assured me it would, signed me up and the next day I got an automatic withdrawal for first payment. When I called him he said he had no idea why that happened. When I called the company to get a refund they said it is policy to ALWAYS get first payment upfront for supplemental. How does an insurance agent who does this for a living NOT KNOW THAT! ?? Well because it’s a scam. Vernon does not care about individual needs as long as he makes a sale. The refund takes 15-20 days to get back just FYI. Total BS!!!

Tracy helped me sign up for Health insurance. She also helped me sign up for supplemental insurance and other bullcrap that I did not ask for. She did not disclose any of this to me. She also never responded to me after I confronted her. This company is full a worthless liars trying to scam people.
