My go to place for Pandora charms and bracelets. In 12 years they've never let me down when I needed a gift for my sweetheart. At my current pace of adding charms to her bracelets I do need to keep an eye on her when she's walking in a pier. If she falls in she may not resurface! Staff is always awesome and helpful

I was in town visiting family and stopped in to buy a gift. What a cute store they have everything. To make it even better the employees were very kind and helpful. I wish I had this store near me, it’s always great to support a local business.

My go-to shop for all of my gifts! The associates are always so helpful and knowledgeable. My favorite part is that they offer free gift wrapping with your purchase, it saves so much time!

We were trying to find a gift-wrapping service and searched online. Heart and Home Gifts and Accessories popped up advertising and we saw the quote. "No need to go to the mall. Heart and Home has your gift list covered. We offer gift wrapping/bags!" A few of the other links said they offered gift wrapping as well. We brought in our items that needed to be wrapped (2 sweaters, a mug, and some earrings) and approached the front counter, asking if they would be able to wrap our gifts. The staff immediately stated no. There was a long awkward pause as we weren't sure what to say. She then said they do not wrap anything from outside the store. It was very cold and unfriendly. I asked if they offered a gift wrapping service. We are happy to pay for it. We just wanted to have our items wrapped up nicely for our family's gifts. We aren't expecting the items to be wrapped without paying for it. Would we be able to pay for a gift wrapping service? Or if we purchase some items here, could we pay some extra to have the other non-store items also wrapped? They again coldly stated no, they don't do that. After another long awkward pause we said sorry and walked out. We were really excited when we found the store and thought it would be great to look around if there were any other nice gifts to get for our family, but after the encounter at the front desk, we felt so low and condescended. I wouldn't think it would be unreasonable for a gift shop advertising that they offer gift wrapping to be able to wrap other gifts for a service fee. Unaccommodating Unfriendly Cold
