I’m so happy I found Heart of Gold! An all-female+ DJ agency? Yes, please! From the very first outreach, they were professional, organized, and incredibly responsive. I was planning very last-minute and the whole process was so easy — you can tell their whole team really cares about helping your celebration be awesome. We worked with DJ Christina, and she was absolutely fantastic. She really listened to the vibe I wanted to create - mellow during dinner, high energy positivity for dancing - and she nailed it. The energy flowed perfectly all night, she read the room like a pro, and even handled a few last-minute changes with total calm and flexibility. Best of all? The dance floor was packed - everybody was dancing! I recommend her and this agency in the highest!
We loved working with DJ Mayvn (aka Morgan Nilsen) at Heart of Gold DJs. Morgan was an absolute pleasure to work with. She brings clear experience behind the DJ booth, paired with an impressive depth of musical knowledge. From the start, we felt aligned and completely at ease, which made a huge difference during the wedding planning process. Music and dancing were a central part of our vision for the day, and everything came together seamlessly. Knowing we were in such capable hands truly helped reduce stress and allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration and boogie all night long. We would absolutely love to work with Morgan again for a future celebration.
We hired DJ Abby Imperial to play at our wedding, of which she did an amazing job! She was extremely communicative during the planning process and very thorough, making sure we didn't miss any "must plays" or ceremony songs. Having two locations between the ceremony and reception complicated matters, but Abby came prepared with a game plan to make sure there was no gaps! Lastly Abby was also on the same wavelength regarding the playlist choice, she really understood our vision and music style to make the vibe be an audio representation of me and my wife. I would certainly recommend her for any DJ event! Thank you Abby again!
We hired DJ Neamatode for our wedding and it really made our reception shine! Communication leading up to the big day was super smooth. We had a friend come teach everyone a line dance as our first dance and DJ Neamatode was able to roll with the punches coordinated music for the whole thing. She was a great emcee and had the sickest mixes for the dancing portion of the night. We had the best time, please hire her for all your DJ needs!!!
If I could give more than five stars, I would. We hired Ray for our wedding celebration and she was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From our first consultation to the meetings leading up to the wedding, she was so on top of everything—super organized, responsive, and totally dialed in to what we wanted. She made planning the music feel effortless and actually fun. Then came the wedding night, and she completely blew us away! She had everyone on the dance floor all night long—friends, parents, everyone! Her transitions were flawless, her announcements were perfectly timed, and she somehow always knew exactly what to play next. The energy never dropped for a single moment. She didn’t just DJ our wedding—she created an atmosphere that people are still talking about. Our guests kept telling us how amazing she was. Hiring DJ Ray was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Thank you so much for being such an amazing part of our wedding celebration!
