I found this store on a whim last month and ended up speaking with Donna/owner about selling some of my vintage jewelry. Donnaccia said she was interested as long as they were "real and stamped" which I assured her they were and most all had signatures stamped as well as 925. Donnaccia asked if I could maybe drop the items off and give her time to look through them. I asked about including some vintage clothes, fine, so far so good. I assume she is very busy and she did apologize for only replying to my texts once after 3 days later. Fine, but when I go to pick up my pieces a week later, she handed back my backpack full of jewelry and the bag of clothes and one purse. All of it. Donnaccia said she would "Definitely still consider buying some of my pieces if (I) could get the smoke smell out." I completely understand her concern, but I sell online for multiple platforms and I have never had a complaint about my pieces, especially due to odd or foul smells. I've been selling for 7+ years. Which might entail that I have a knack for it and take very good care of my pieces. I know some jewelry can actually absorb smoke and smell, but all my jewelry is cleaned well, and I don't allow smoke around the pieces in the first place. Bella did not even look at the jewelry and I'm pretty willing to bet she didn't even open the other bag either. I had one purse I brought back (after I met her) that was cleaned and I sold 2 days following this ordeal, again, no problem. Bella was never going to buy my stuff because I smelled like smoke when I met her. I would have been ok with that. What I am not ok with is the ordacity this entitled Donna has to waste my time. How is she going to ask for genuine stamped pieces when she herself isn't even a half genuine person? Period. She could have shot me a simple text to come get my pieces at the time she was not interested. She never actually texted me to pick up my things ever. Remember, she texted one time apologizing for not responding in the days earlier. I wanted to write this review, so that you know not to offend her. Do not try to sell your items to her. It will not be worth your time. Since then, I've taught myself a lot about what I have jewelry wise and Chat GBT has been guiding me through maximizing my profits through different avenues. I told Donnaccia that I was not firm on any price of my items and I take all offers. She should have taken advantage of that, since she rents a (pricey) storefront to sell such pieces and the difficult part was already done for her These vintage/2nd hand stores in Denver are so proud to "curate"- meaning select, organize and care for the merchandise. "Carefully curate" and have to be "picky and selective" because... "XYZ." Who cares? Rarely do I meet someone who actually travels and searches for and does the haggling to procure these awesome finds themselves. Some stores just put customers in line so they can judge and take advantage of their need to sell their belongings quickly. I guess I'm just salty because I am an adult who doesn't need to speak to other adults so that it is In fact, it is... That. Exactly all of that together, Bella. Who are we kidding? I will include some pics of the pieces I offered her.
Absolutely adore this vintage store. Everything is hand picked, staff is helpful and friendly, and reasonably priced! They have a great location and there is really something for everyone here ❤️

Hands down my favorite vintage store in Denver! The pieces are always quality and unique. On this particular day I brought my bestie in for her birthday to try on a dress I thought she would love and she fell in LOVE! When it comes to pricing I like to think of it like this. Thrift Shops - $ Vintage Shops - $$ Consignment Shops- $$$ Heart of Vintage is a $$ store, the brands, the quality and styles are why it’s always worth my coins.
