This shop is warm, welcoming and beautiful. The romance book swap is a great idea. It's a great way to grow the community! I'm not local but it is definitely worth the drive.

This is the MOST warm, welcoming, inviting, and WONDERFUL book store ever! I ADORE Heartbound Book Shop in Anaheim. For visitors and travelers, it's only 10 minutes away from Disneyland and is a MUST visit. This is Romance Only Bookstore that has an EPIC selection of Indie Authors, Local Authors and every sub-genre of Romance possible! I canNOT wait to visit again! Infinity STARS! :)

I’m so happy to have a local indie bookstore. They specialize in romance books and they have a variety of subgenres, such as sports romance, romantasy, etc. I also love that they have a bunch of bookish accessories such as stickers, kindle charms and book/kindle sleeves. I was mainly here for that and they did not disappoint. The staff here are very welcoming, friendly, and willing to help with any questions you have. Thank you Hearbound for bringing a gem into Anaheim ❤️

I was visiting from New Jersey, and I was so happy to have stumbled upon this hidden gem of a locally owned bookshop. Their focus and specialty is romance, and there was a great variety of subgenres. They also had stickers, bookmarks, bags and more. Most of their merchandise for sale is made personally by their owner right there in the shop! I spoke with the owner and her mother, they’re such friendly and lovely people. I highly recommend visiting this bookshop if you’re a book lover or just in the area and like to see cute things!

A must visit for any book lover! The store is set up to make for a smooth & delightful shopping experience - loved the little street signs to indicate the different genres!! They have the best selection of indie books & books by BIPOC authors, which I really appreciated. The space is warm and inviting with beautiful decor and the kindest family as its owners! Easily my favorite OC bookstore!! If you’re not in CA, you can shop their online store - I have and it came in the most beautiful and secure packaging I have ever received!! Thank you Cecilia, Ayesha, and Jenika for creating this beautiful store for all of us to enjoy!
