My babies were here for 3 nights . They had a great time. No issues and received pictures during their stay. I will definitely be boarding them here again for future trips.

Absolutely love Heartland Ranch. We looked at boarding facilities throughout El Paso and this is the only place that I would trust to take care of my dogs. Mark (the owner) and his team are very professional, king, and really like dogs. When we got to El Paso I requested a tour of the boarding area and was blown away by how much his staff cares. The suites are super cute and clean if your dogs like the extra bit of comfort. If you're looking for a boarding place where your dogs will be loved like family, this is it. My two dogs are super excited when we arrive on site. When we pick them up after traveling, they are wore out. 10/10 recommend this place for boarding.

My problem dog Frankie had a lovely time at Heartland Ranch and even behaved better than he does at home. The facilities are beautiful and he enjoyed a lux suite.

We have been happy with Heartland Ranch for our dog Luna's boarding for several years now, but their care was never more valuable than this past Christmas. We were delayed in getting home by several days, and hadn't sent extra meds with Luna, but Mark went above and beyond to pick up a prescription for her so that she didn't miss a dose. Can't recommend Heartland highly enough!
