A huge thank you to the HeatherLily team for an incredible experience! Their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail made every step of the process enjoyable. As wedding videographers, we love working with a team that creates such a seamless environment, allowing us to capture our clients’ events even more beautifully. Collaborating with Stephanie, the rest of the HeatherLily team, and their carefully curated vendors was an absolute delight. Highly recommend!

Working with Stephanie to plan our wedding was the best decision we could have made! It’s difficult to know where to begin with describing how wonderful she was to work with. Stephanie made the planning experience seamless. From the moment we began working with her, everything was clear, organized and so exciting. Stephanie’s creativity and professionalism transformed our vision into our dream wedding day. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, handled every logistical detail with care, and was always a step ahead. The planning process and wedding day itself would not have been as smooth, meaningful and beautiful without her! If you want a flawless, stress free and calm wedding planning experience, look no further!!!

Heather was our wedding planner (and florist) and she knocked it out of the park. I’ve never seen a wedding as spectacular as mine, even in movies or magazines…. I pinch myself every time I see the photos—it was just unreal. Heather had innovative ideas I would have never considered—there is no other event planner in the world who could possibly be as detail-oriented as Heather and her team. It was beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you!!!

I had the absolute BEST wedding experience with the amazing team at HeatherLily including the visionary Heather Thomas. I love flowers and knew I wanted stunning florals and Heather listened to my vision, my likes and dislikes, and put it into action with a fantasyland of gorgeous color for our wedding. She was very receptive to my thoughts and even as my vision changed slightly during our postponement due to the pandemic, she pivoted effortlessly to produce a magical event. I was in love with the final product! People still tell me that our wedding florals were the most beautiful they have ever seen! A 5 star experience that I would recommend to any bride or to those planning stunning events!

Long story short, I got engaged in November 2019. My mom has used Heather for years before but she knew Heather would not disappoint. I am, to put it lightly, an aggressive planner and knew exactly want I wanted for my wedding. Meeting with Heather was like talking to a friend who has known me for years. She knew exactly the aesthetic and vibe I was looking for. Not only did she understand she was able to connect me with vendors to help make my vision come to life. As the wedding got closer, hard decisions needed to be made, COVID did not improve as many hoped, my 180-people backyard tent wedding, overnight became 20 with 30 days until my wedding. Heather and her team worked with me to still give me my dream wedding but on a smaller scale. Words cannot explain how nervous I was for her team to adjust all the planning and still give me the look I wanted on a much cut budget. SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I recommend Heather Lily and her team to anyone and everyone who wants a worry-free event! She will bring your dream event to life!
