I give them 200/100! 🌸 An amazing experience. They were super friendly from the very first moment, quick to respond, and they prepared a beautiful arrangement that exceeded my expectations. Plus, the delivery was immediate, everything arrived perfectly, and with a very professional presentation. I definitely recommend them.

Absolutely terrible experience!!! Totally ruined Women’s Day! I ordered for $700 eight bouquets (for 8 of March) of dozen roses only to get them in black paper!!! Unbelievable that someone can even think to wrap red roses in black paper for such occasion. Black paper is for funerals and morbid events. Plus very low quality roses cheaply looking in reality. Doesn’t match website pictures and video. Biggest scam ever!

Valentines Day flowers never delivered. I called them on afternoon of valentines day and was abruptly put on hold for 11 minutes with zero resolution. Apparently they had over 3,000 orders on Valentines day and the customer sales person was not happy. They never should have accepted more orders than they could fulfill. Very disappointed and customer svs was quite rude. Despite me telling them to cancel, they attempted to deliver flowers on Feb 15th but the moment had passed and my wife was away. Rather than refund me and issue a credit towards future purchase (to try and rectify the situation) they still are trying charging me!
