My treatment today was just amazing. Unfortunately I don’t remember my therapist’s name, but she was a very experienced massage therapist, very caring and skilled with facial and LED therapy. I also received a bonus gift at the end, some products to continue to care for my Skin. After a very rough few weeks I really appreciated the care she took to remove a lot of my stress.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience at heavenly spa at the Westin hotel Brisbane. From the moment we arrived all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Our facials were wonderful and so relaxing and our skin was glowing (thanks to the lovely Gaby for mine!). And we enjoyed the afternoon by the hotel pool with food and drink delivered. Would highly recommend!! ps. I received the facial as a gift and would recommend the gift vouchers too 👏

After a super long weekend work for 5 days and on class for weekend. I treat myself an hour treatment in Heavenly Spa by Westin I got the organic facial and message treatment. On arrival, there is a questionnaire to fill in so they can understand my skin condition and which part of the body I am concerned for. After completing the form, the therapist Violet come and greet me with a big smile and gave me the details explanation for the treatment. During the treatment she will also explain the step and give advise how to keep my skin healthy she is so professional with exceptional skill. I am looking forward to treat myself again

Last time I gave five stars but while the massage was improved - they gave a firm massage - the rest of the package experience was reduced. We had the lunch and drink included. Plus pool time. Last time we had an excellent choice of food - the ravioli was awesome. This time? Burgers. Fish and chips. Pizza. Bacon & chicken salad. Hmm. Not into junk food after a healthy treatment. Plus the included drink was just red or white wine. At a spa I’d expect bubbly to be offered (like last month) and at least the name of the grape on offer. We’ve been two months in a row but unlikely to go a third time now. Just a thought for the pool bar. My experience is that you set up a tab so customers don't have to hop around with their credit cards in the pool itself. Defeats the purpose of a pool bar. Could be brilliant if someone just oversaw these details.

Had a beautiful massage and body scrub today with Nikita and it was just amazing! My skin is feeling so smooth and her massage pressure was perfect. This is my second visit to the Heavenly Spa and I will definitely be back. The treatments are so luxurious and it is an absolutely relaxing space with amazing therapists!! Well done!
