I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Heaven’s Hideaway Wellness. A few days before my appointment, I received a call from Ms. Volonda letting me know that a friend had purchased the Spa Elevate massage package for me. She took the time to explain everything included and shared that my friend had specifically requested that I fully enjoy the package exactly as it was designed which I truly appreciated. On the day of my appointment, I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Netra (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). Before the service began, she prayed with me and encouraged me to leave all of my worries on the table. That alone set the tone for an incredible experience. Those 90 minutes were nothing short of amazing. I walked away feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and stress-free. Thank you both so much for your care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. I will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely amazing Massage today with Netra!!! Omg!! So relaxing! I got the Spa Heat and I am telling you that it did not disappoint!!! The staff is amazing and the experience is Top Tier right here in Huntsville, AL!!! Run don’t walk to Heavens Hideaway!!

Please do yourself a favor and go visit this Wellness Spa. Had my first Full Body Lymphatic Detox done here and all I can say is, the experience blew my mind”. The process was so relaxing and we took pics (before and after) to see how it definitely works. The facility was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Please give them a call.

The experience from the time I walked into the door to the time I left was absolutely amazing. My experience started with an explanation of the services I selected and recommendations to enhance my experience. My massage therapist was very professional, thorough and skilled. I would recommend this place over and over again. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend. Thank you so much ladies at Heaven’s Hideaway, your establishment is top tier, clean, and beautiful.

I had the most amazing experience today at Heaven's Hideaway! The name describes this spa perfectly. As soon as I stepped foot in the door, I felt at peace. Arkesha, one of the owners (found this out later) greeted me and checked me in for my services. While waiting I had the opportunity to inquire about their other offferings that I was unfamiliar with. She answered each of my questions so thoroughly and was friendly throughout our entire interaction. I hadn't even received a treatment at this point and mentally was like, "Here...take all of my money! Well, when this shutdown ends anyway." Now for the services: I chose two for this initial visit- an ionic foot detox and a massage. This was my first foot detox. My feelings varied from "This is kinda cool" to "Okay, I'm a little creeped out." Lol. The clear water starts to change colors as your body detoxes. There's a chart that shows you what each color means. Arkesha also explained it to me at the conclusion of the service. The room itself was very peaceful and I enjoyed the serenity of it all. The second service was the massage. Netra, Netra, Netra! She is truly operating in her gift and has the sweetest spirit! Hands down, no pun intended, this was the best massage I've ever had in life. I can't even find the words to accurately describe how great I felt during the massage. I just know that I wanted it to last forever. The tranquil setting really helped me feel at ease and allowed me to free my mind. Volanda, the other owner, checked me out. She inquired about the quality of the services and seemed to really care that I left the establishment on a positive note. She was very friendly as well. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this establishment. They understand customer service and take pride in providing quality experiences and it shows. I'm so happy I found this piece of heaven and will definitely be back!
