Very disappointed!! When I dropped my dog off I asked for her to be groomed with a bath and haircut the day I was picking her up and not be placed back in the kennel that I wb there on pickup day by 3pm. Get there 2:35 she wasn’t cut looks like they trimmed her hair around her face only. Once I complained they then said well we couldn’t cut her nails. She didn’t like that. When I picked her up they brought her back from the kennel area which I asked her not to be placed in a stinky kennel. They insisted she had a haircut that they charged $80 for and she did NOT have. And $80 for vomiting 1 time when they called and I said she doesn’t need an exam for 1x vomiting and to lmk if she got sick again. I called the next day they said she was fine no one said she had the exam and medicine that I told them not to give. When I got in the car with her she smelled like urine and had a patch of hair that looked like she had been sitting in it. I called on that Wednesday same day to speak to a manager Chris they said he would call me. Thursday no cb called again. Same he will call me. Friday 11am went there spoke to Chris he walks in to ask how can I help you like he knew nothing of the situation. I ask do you know why I’m here? he then says yes with notes so he should have walked in to apologize for not calling me back and trie to reconcile the situation instead he started reading notes from the groomer. My Dog now has KENNEL Cough!! Bottom line charges for grooming that if she was bathed that day and came home smelling like urine on the day of pickup then this place is disgusting! Management not calling you back be warned l. I did get a refund for the medicine and bath after I went up there. 0 stars for me!

Boarded our almost one year old German Shepherd Dog for a week and they were great! My dog really warmed up to the staff and they were so kind and took great care of him. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

This place was so kind and accommodating to a last minute request I had for boarding as a new customer, and even accommodated one of my dogs that had to be quarantined. While I booked them to stay three nights, they ended up being there less than 24 hours and when I picked them up my 14yr old senior citizen dog was completely covered in dried urine on her legs and underbelly. I emailed to follow up and inquire about what might have happened and was told they were short staffed and couldn't care for the dogs as they normally would. I'm so bummed this was my first experience here as I hoped to use them again.

WOW! I'm still buzzing from Northwest OKC Chamber Community Coffee and ribbon cutting for Hefner Road Animal Hospital and Pet Resort! I had no idea this amazing hospital had so much to offer and is just down the street from our home 😳 And let me tell you, this place is a GAME CHANGER! From their Pet Resort to their compassionate care, they're truly going above and beyond for our furry friends (and us pet parents too!) I'm already looking forward to bringing doggies 𝔽𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕪 & 𝔽𝕖𝕝𝕚𝕔𝕖 here one day - can't wait to see the smiles on their faces!

I have a very timid rescue Labradoodle named Music and the lady that groomed her was amazing! It's hard to get my dog out of the house b/c whe was so abused before I got her. This place is perfect! I will definitely be taking Music back! It is a little pricey but they handle the animals with such care.
