I was really looking forward to trying Hefty Gyros since I enjoy checking out new Mediterranean spots, but this place was a huge disappointment. The portions are extremely small, even for Mediterranean food. I usually don’t mind smaller portions because the flavor typically makes up for it, but not here. This was the most bland Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. No flavor, nothing memorable, just overall bad. To make things worse, there are no prices listed anywhere on the menu photos or displays. You’re basically ordering without knowing what you’re going to be charged. For what you get, it’s definitely overpriced and not worth it at all. The customer service was just as bad. I tried asking a few questions since I had never tried Mediterranean loaded fries before, and I kept getting cut off before I could even finish speaking. It came off as straight up rude and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Small portions, bland food, no pricing transparency, and poor service. I would not recommend this place and definitely won’t be coming back.
