The entire staff of professional's are fantastic. I have brought my dog in recently and he has never had a better cut. He is not stressed and runs up to the desk as soon as we walk in. We are so impressed with the way they treat the dogs and how great they are to work with.

From the moment I called Heights Grooming I felt 100% comfortable sending my Golden Retriever for her first professional cut. The owner was so friendly and professional, and I was able to speak with the groomer before and after the grooming, which was so reassuring. They were communicative the entire time and even made sure to compliment my dog’s smile, showing just how involved they were in her grooming. They squeezed us in last minute, and my dog left looking amazing and happy, plus she got a cute toy to take home! I’ll definitely be back!

They don’t just do a great job grooming—they truly care about your pet and treat them like family. Brenda did an amazing job on my doodle today. I’m very careful about who I trust with my dog, and Eddie has completely earned that trust. He went above and beyond today, staying over an hour and a half after closing so I could pick up my pup after work. That kind of kindness and dedication is rare, and it really shows how much they care about both the pets and their owners.

Eddie's commitment to building a top-tier, relationship-oriented business is evident in every detail. I can't believe I found a place that meets all my wants and needs! The salon is locally owned, easy to access, has its own building with parking, and most importantly, is staffed by truly talented groomers. It's a very sweet place with cute decor, flowers, and thoughtful design. I picked Zoe up from her first "Puppy Trim" and she was not only gorgeous but also so happy! Brenda did a beautiful job! I am beyond thrilled to have found a grooming salon where I can take my little fur baby with complete confidence and peace of mind. Five stars, without a doubt!
