I arrived to this locationn30 minutes early. I was advised through email the directions to enter the salon. When I approached the door i noticed that the number was wrong on the suite. I contacted who I "thought" was the front desk....I notified them that I was standing outside door #150 and aware that it was through my salon the representative told me I can open the door and cut through. I tried opening it and it only opened halfway as if there was a latch on it. Whoever I spoke to told me that they would text Mackenzie to let her know I was here ans hung up. 20 minutes later I was still standing outside. I called again and asked who I was speaking with and why the person who is supposed to be doing my wax can't contact me herself or why I can't call the office. The representative then told me after I asked numerous questions ( which I shouldve done the first time) that they were unable to transfer me. And that Mackenzie was looking for me. I told her that I was outside the front and that the other building next to it looked like a bank or office building. The representative came up with a million excuses. Not sure how this place has great reviews when you can barely get in contact with an ACTUAL person who works here. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And to whomever reads and responds to these reviews you need to do a better job at making sure your waxers can get in contact and actually make an effort with the person they're booked with. Not a random representative who probably is not even at said location.

My first wax in over 10 years, Tasia was professional and very informative. She explained the different wax & sugar options. I actually thought it would be very painful, but she was done in no time and I barely felt anything. I enjoyed my experience and will definably come again, I highly recommend Tasia as the esthetician to book, she is in high demand and appts book very fast. It felt like talking to my friend while having work done. pleasant experience and booking is made so simple online or app. Thank you Tasia for a wonderful experience!!!!

I had my Brazilian wax done today by Mackenzie, and she was absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, skilled, and made the entire experience so comfortable. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I was very impressed with the quality of her work and how smooth everything went. On top of that, she has such a warm, friendly personality that instantly puts you at ease. Highly recommend her!

What a deal!!! Jada is great + Sahara is so freaking sweet & always goes above & beyond to get every hair + Mackenzie is just as awesome!! I loveee Hello Sugar - I always am made to feel comfortable. I even drive 30 minutes just to make sure I can book with her. So worth it - thank you!!!
