Not worth the price point, twice I've had aestheticians tell me they can do the shape I requested even provided a picture on how I've had them before. A simple straight brow with a prominent tail no arch. And twice they told me AFTER REMOVING HAIR that they can't do it because of the amount of hair after they already started the job. The aetheticians themselves are nice and are willing to hear the adjustments you what but after telling the shape I want is not possible after telling me at the beginning the could I lost faith in this place. The shape they've given me is no where near what I requested or shown them and so both times I've asked them to make adjustments based on what they did. For what its worth I ended up liking the shape at the end however its definitely never been what I wanted and what they told me what they could do for me. Completely different shape with arches when I wanted straight brows. Its also a red flag that the last aesthetician told me to go to a threading place after everything was done if she would've told me thatbin the beginning I wouldn't have wasted both our time. Again great aesthetician but I guess if you're a guy trying to get a straight brow dont go here

I walked in without an appointment from out of town for an eyebrow/lip wax and didn’t really know what to expect but Diana took great care of me! Very happy with my results and highly recommend!

Meily/MJ was fantastic! She made me super comfortable and feel like I was in a judgement-free zone. She was very good and I'm now a member.

DIANAAAAA!!! she was the best. Comfortability is always #1 for me when getting waxed, and she made me feel very welcome. So professional but also very chill. Thank you so much - aside from my great waxing experience, upon exiting the room I was met with PACKED tiny hall of majority men standing around, talking loudly, and in the way. Zero regard for the client who’s trying to exit the space. It seemed like some sort of business meeting/ tour, which was very strange and maybe shouldn’t have happened while staff are actively servicing clients. That many people should not have been allowed back into an area where women are in rooms exposed and vulnerable, unless they are clients. I was uncomfortable trying to navigate the tiny hall and definitely not something I expected coming out of my Brazilian wax.

First time here. Joycelyn was my wax specialist. Great ambiance, patient staff. Still not a personal fan of soft wax unless it's for my eyebrows, and getting waxed with a mixture of hard and soft wax was a first for me. However, I will absolutely be back when in the area.
