Talia was awesome she informed me as a first time customer anout the process. She explained aftercare her vibe was so soothing she made you feel comfortable during the process. I will definitely be requesting her for another service.

This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with an esthetician since moving to the Charlotte area (Rea Farms location)! Kendra was personable, and VERY meticulous with making sure she didn’t miss a hair ANYWHERE (I got a Brazilian and my eyebrows waxed). She also has a calm demeanor and energy about her and put me at ease. I had anxiety over trying to find a new esthetician. Hello Sugar also has a seamless check-in process and membership program. It’s was a one time low fee ($7- for this location), and you don’t have to get roped into a monthly charge. You can schedule the fee to come out around your typical appointment cadence or opt to pay at checkout of your appointment, and you get $10 off as a member. With the membership, there’s no cancellation fee, or binding contract. Thank you, Hello Sugar and Kendra for making my experience a great one. The search is OVER!!!

I have extremely sensitive skin and shaving causes my skin to burn for hours only finding relief with prescription creams. I read reviews and found Hello Sugar through my search for a reasonable solution to my skin/hair removal issues. I requested service for my arms, underarms, legs, face, and full Brazilian. Kendra is hands down the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable esthetician I’ve received services from. I had such a great experience I signed up for their membership and actually look forward to my appointments. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a better hair removal experience.

The salon was very clean, and smelled great. Kendra did my wax. I had an eyebrow service and bikini... she was very gentle , quick and intentional. She made sure I was pleased with my appearance.

Kendra was absolutely gentle. I've been getting waxes for a while but im not constant but she didn't make my experience bad at all. It was quick and refreshing Thanks
