The ladies who do the waxing are very nice I have no complaints there. It’s just I have a very aloof schedule so I need to be able to reschedule even if I need to reschedule in advance. It’s not letting me. I have an appointment The 18th I’m trying to reschedule today, which is all about five days in advance It’s only letting me cancel my booking, but not to rebook. I’ve had this issue twice before now and I have to call and talk to customer service To rebook a new appointment Whoever was on the phone with me was kind of rude and I just don’t like not having the convenience of being able to reschedule my bookings online and having to call every time because they put so far in advance I don’t know my schedule so I have to reschedule pretty much every appointment a week before. But for some reason, I can’t schedule online unless I call I’m trying to cancel my membership and Someone was supposed to call me. I still haven’t been called now. I tried to cancel through the app and it’s telling me that a manager will be in contact, but who knows when that will happen

Today was my first time getting waxed with Sidney, and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, Sidney made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She was professional, gentle, and extremely skilled. I was impressed by how smooth the whole process was. Hello Sugar provides the best discount for first time customers that I have encountered. I chose "first available" and got Sidney who provided the most comfortable experience. Not to mention, she did a PHENOMENAL job!! She just gained a new regular customer!

Sidney is amazing! Went in for my first Brazilian sugar, but unfortunately, my hairs were too short. The website and pre-appointment reminders do warn you of this, but I wanted to see how my first experience would be like, as an alternative to waxing or trimming. Sidney is warm, welcoming, and informative. She helped ease me into the experience. I found out I have a lower pain tolerance, and she was more than happy to take it at my pace. Every step of the way, she let me know which products she would use, area she's moving onto, without feeling patronizing. I'm glad I had Sidney as my introduction to sugaring. Thank you! I'll be ready for next time, haha.
