We are very pleased with our first experience with Help!! The technician arrived ahead of time, listened to our concerns, and proceeded to check out our system, while explaining as he went through our concerns. As a result we signed up for their maintenance contract, for which they discounted the service as if we already had a contract. A 20% savings. Great job!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! Customer Service was outstanding when I called to advise our air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The lady I spoke with was so kind and very professional. A technician came out the same day and replaced the part immediately. I would recommend HELP to anyone needing AC/HVAC assistance. They are fantastic!!

We had an issue late on a Friday. Of course Louisiana was rearing its head and made this an unlivable situation. HELP AC. came out did the repairs and was still cheaper than anyone else. Their team is respectful and professional. They stand on their ethics and always put the customer first! Amazing service and a quality you don’t often find! I now have a yearly contract with them and I’m cool in the summer and warm in the winter! Highly recommended!
