We are very pleased with our first experience with Help!! The technician arrived ahead of time, listened to our concerns, and proceeded to check out our system, while explaining as he went through our concerns. As a result we signed up for their maintenance contract, for which they discounted the service as if we already had a contract. A 20% savings. Great job!

Awesome SERVICE!! I have 2 properties and HELP SERVICE replaced the HVAC systems in both. Couldn't have been happier. Shout out to David G. Sales/service member extraordinaire. 20 years @HELP and loved by his customers for his expertise and willingness to treat his customers with respect. Core (one of the owners) is also awesome and willing to listen first to resolve any issues. I highly recommend this business!!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! Customer Service was outstanding when I called to advise our air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The lady I spoke with was so kind and very professional. A technician came out the same day and replaced the part immediately. I would recommend HELP to anyone needing AC/HVAC assistance. They are fantastic!!

I've been a Help! Air Conditioning customer for 10+ years, and have been happy with their service for the same number of years. I recently had my annual inspection on my 3 HVAC systems, a service that I have performed every year. Their techs are always courteous and professional, and inform me on what service and/or maintenance they are performing on the call. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We had an issue late on a Friday. Of course Louisiana was rearing its head and made this an unlivable situation. HELP AC. came out did the repairs and was still cheaper than anyone else. Their team is respectful and professional. They stand on their ethics and always put the customer first! Amazing service and a quality you don’t often find! I now have a yearly contract with them and I’m cool in the summer and warm in the winter! Highly recommended!
