When I moved to Lubbock from VA I was looking for a good chiropractor. Dr. Helton was recommended to me. He is a fantastic chiropractor. Very friendly, listens carefully to my concerns and acts accordingly. Since I started coming to him my quality of life improved greatly. Thank you Dr. Helton!

Dr Ramos has been a blessing to our family. He listens and makes sure he addresses any concerns you have while being adjusted to the best quality for living life to the fullest. He has worked on our 3 month old all the way to our 9 year old and continually impresses us with his knowledge and communication on each one of their needs as well as my husband's and mine. Monica is amazing! She always gets the schedule right, never a long wait period, and is the sweetest. Always ready with a sucker and sticker for each kid, and a smile on her face with willing helpful hands with anything you need. I can not recommend them enough!

Helton’s was recommended by several family members. I am very pleased with my experiences. The front desk staff is efficient and friendly. All of the doctors are kind and knowledgeable. I usually have an adjustment and decompression. The technicians are professional but also personable. I highly recommend Heltons Chiropractic For anyone with back or neck issues.

I cannot say enough about the care I have received from Helton Chiropractic. I have successfully been seeing Dr. Helton to manage my herniated discs and the inflammation in my back. However, after my car accident earlier this year, he went over and beyond to help me heal. The use of laser and soft wave therapy restored and healed my body. I am so grateful for their knowledge and expertise.
