Update: I brought the shirt to another tailor - they charged me less than Hemmed Tailoring to redo the shirt. I've added additional photos to show proper alterations. At best she is a hobbyist with an ego problem, at worst she is a butcher with a sewing machine. I brought her a shirt to be let out and fabric to complete the job. She cut the fabric instead of undoing the seams!! This is a vintage Paul Smith ($400) shirt. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and he hasn't even worn it once. It is ruined, I don't even know if a legitimate seamstress can fix what she did to it, I am devastated.

I've been looking for a talented, fairly priced tailor that I can trust for quite some time, and I think I finally found one. Eleonor did a phenomenal job on my fatigues and chinos. She came to my place for a fitting, to pick up the items, and again to drop them off--A+ customer service on that alone. She was super communicative, the turnaround was quick, and her work was perfect. If you're looking for a tailor, I highly recommend Eleonor.

Ellie did great work! Took in a couple of blazers for me. Came to the house to measure and dropped them off when she was done. On schedule, great price. Will use again. Highly recommend. (She was also super sweet to my little girls and dog!)

E was so wonderful to work with!! She is super responsive over text and was able to turnaround a dress hem in less than 24 hours! She also picked up and dropped off my dress which was next level service. Highly recommend!
