I was looking for my husband birthday gift and my friend recommended Henne! Before visiting here, I went to two different stores. But I could see more various watches and JUSTIN is the best!!!! He tried to help me with my some transaction issues with cards. And everybody is really kind. I can tell they are really nicer than other places. I will visit here for next watches for sure. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Chayla to find the perfect wedding bands. We didn’t have a specific vision going in, but Chayla guided us with patience and care, showing us a variety of options to help us discover what suited us. Even with my parents joining the appointment, she made the entire experience comfortable, personal, and enjoyable. We traveled all the way from California to Henne because I wanted to carry a piece of Pittsburgh—my hometown—with us on our wedding day and throughout our marriage. We explored several designs and ultimately found the perfect rings! It was my first time back at Henne since the remodel, and the store is absolutely stunning. We were warmly welcomed by Chloe, who greeted us at the door and led us to the bridal floor to meet Chayla. She even surprised us with glasses of champagne to celebrate this special moment. After finalizing our engraving, we captured a few adorable photos in front of the Henne Couple flower wall—a perfect ending to a perfect day. We left feeling so grateful and excited to begin this next chapter together, and look forward to wearing our Henne Jewelers wedding bands for many years and memories to come.
My fiance has always dreamed of having an intricate three stone diamond ring and most importantly she wanted to find a way to incorporate her mother's diamond into her ring. When we started the engagement ring shopping process, Henne stood out to us by their willingness and excitement to bring our vision to life. Christine’s talented eye guided us through every design detail of the ring, and all of her time and effort is evident in the final product. Christine spent hours sourcing diamonds that matched our diamond’s color and ratio. She met with my fiance and I, both together and individually, and spent countless hours helping us feel confident in our choices. She even had a wax mold of the ring designed when we were anxious about the CAD models turning out perfectly. Ultimately, we are so thankful we chose Henne and could not have imagined our engagement ring designing process without Christie’s patience, guidance, and support. This was the EXACT experience I dreamed of. My fiancé lives in Toronto and so the engagement ring came from there. But I wish he bought it here! They would have included an appraisal with the purchase. I came in for the appraisal and was given the warmest welcome, from the host, to Jennifer, to Marla. I was offered a drink of choice while Jennifer appraised my ering and went through wedding bands with Marla. My experience at 7 different jewelers in Toronto was horrible! I will be back to Marla specifically to get our wedding bands. She was so warm and charismatic and also very patient because I like yellow and white gold and platinum and classic and funky, just about everything I liked and wanted to see paired with my 2 ct oval. Additionally, she also cleaned my ering and looked over my diamond stud earrings I brought to check the prongs and cleaned them as well. I was looking for a bridal experience and needed a jeweler closer than Toronto, and I found the perfect place! Fiancé is also happy I actually enjoyed my bridal jewelry experience- unlike Toronto. 😅
