Just had the pleasure of securing a 'very difficult' Sale (the Buyer's Solicitors were absolutely atrocious!!) Elaine Allen and her 'side kick' Sharon Potter, were absolutely superb. Elaine was approachable, very knowledgeable and so professional in dealing with a very arrogant and condescending lawyer acting on behalf of the 'Other' side.
