Joining this gym was the best decision I could have made for my fitness and my mental health. The team are knowledgeable, passionate and supportive. They will help you to improve your boxing and your strength, regardless of your starting point. The other members have all been so friendly and welcoming. I have tried so many gyms in the past, but this one is hard to beat. The vibes, the space, and the people are immaculate. Highly recommend.
By far the BEST gym I’ve ever been to!! I love training here, it’s the full package. The classes are super well-structured, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years. All the workouts are on the app too, so you can track your progress or do the classes even outside of class times. The boxing classes are a fav, Jacob and Richie make sure you to get the most out of every session. So much variety in classes, always something new! Also… the gym is SO well looked after, by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in! Such a great group of girls, I couldn’t recommend it more 🫶🏼
The most incredible gym! 🫶 I was initially a little hesitant to join a boxing gym being a complete beginner, but Jacob has been the best teacher - so patient and makes the classes so enjoyable. I also love that you can do a mix of boxing and weights classes. The weights sessions feel like a small group PT session with lots of help and support. I look forward to each and every session here (and I’ve done over 100 now!), the community is so welcoming, the vibes are always high and my strength and fitness has improved so much. Can’t recommend her boxing enough. 100 stars ⭐️
Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself! I’ve seen incredible progress in my strength and fitness and overall confidence. Jacob and all of the coaches are so knowledgeable, supportive and welcoming. The classes are a perfect mix of weight training and boxing and the fitness app to track your progress is a game changer! Her Boxing Club is hands down the best gym on the Gold Coast! From day one, it’s been the most welcoming environment – the community of girls is incredible, and there’s such a strong, supportive vibe in every class. Jacob and Richie go above and beyond to make everyone feel confident and included, especially in the boxing sessions. Even as a very average boxer, I always walk out with a smile – the energy is fun, empowering, and addictive. If you’re thinking of joining, do it – you won’t regret it!
