Jordan was super nice and professional. Found the problem. Drove to Tampa to get a part and came back and fixed it. Super nice to my wife and kids as well. Much apprciated

We had an excellent experience with this company. When I called, their customer service was outstanding—they dispatched a technician right away. Jordan, the technician, arrived promptly and was extremely professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He performed a thorough diagnostic, identified the issue quickly, and had our system repaired and fully operational within just a few hours. His attention to detail and technical expertise were very impressive. Both the office staff and the technician provided top-notch service. I couldn’t be more satisfied and will be using them exclusively for all of my HVAC needs going forward. Highly recommended.

We changed to Hern Heating and Air Conditioning when we needed a major A/C system repair. We spoke to Morgan who was very helpful and scheduled an appointment the same day. Jordan was very nice and explained what was wrong, what was under warranty, what needed to be ordered and the costs involved. We thought the quote was very reasonable. When the parts arrived, it was repaired by Brandon, Henderson and Torrean. Everyone was polite, very professional and obviously cared about the quality of their work. They treated your house like it was their own. We highly recommend Hern Heating and Air Conditioning for your home and business needs.

This company is amazing. They installed my new unit just over a year ago but had a faulty coil that needed to be replaced. Morgan and Jordan were very communicative, helpful and kind. They were able to order the needed coil quickly. Even though the labor warranty was only a year and this was 1 month after, they stood on the warranty and covered it. I couldn’t have thanked them enough!! 1000% would recommend for all heating and air conditioning needs.

I had a standard clean and check done for my AC unit, which hasn’t been serviced in quite a while. Jordan was great. Super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and diligent. I would recommend requesting him for this service. I felt the price was fair for everything that was cleaned and checked.
