We changed to Hern Heating and Air Conditioning when we needed a major A/C system repair. We spoke to Morgan who was very helpful and scheduled an appointment the same day. Jordan was very nice and explained what was wrong, what was under warranty, what needed to be ordered and the costs involved. We thought the quote was very reasonable. This company is amazing. They installed my new unit just over a year ago but had a faulty coil that needed to be replaced. Morgan and Jordan were very communicative, helpful and kind. They were able to order the needed coil quickly. Even though the labor warranty was only a year and this was 1 month after, they stood on the warranty and covered it. I couldn’t have thanked them enough!! 1000% would recommend for all heating and air conditioning needs.
