Highly do not recommend this place. Extremely rude considering that I had several questions. Best option is to rent from a business with better manners when it comes down to customer service. Of course they will respond with how can they make it better but honestly don’t do any business with this facility. Have your moneys worth with a business that actually cares.
Had an amazing experience renting from Alan, very reliable and responsive. They made sure all our equipment was in working condition before heading out. Great price, and great quality. Highly recommend for your events.
We organize many small community events such as the Inner Sunset Flea Market to large street festivals such as the North Beach Festival and Union Street Festival and have been using Alan’s services for hundreds of events since 2016. Alan is a hardworking small business owner who has never let us down and keeps his prices VERY reasonable making his services more accessible to families and small businesses such as mine. He takes great care of his equipment, offers a good variety, is very responsive and is wonderful to work with! This is not an easy business to be in and people organizing events are usually very stressed and want perfection so I can see from some of these reviews that some were unhappy however, this is not a big expensive rental company with a massive staff. This is a “mom and pop” business…. With Alan being both 😉 In fact, it is a family business with his brothers operating in other cities. Alan does it all himself. so I hope people will be understanding and take that into consideration just as Alan has been with us as we spring a giant street festival on him with lots of asks and he does his best to accommodate. Again, Alan is a very hard-working small business owner who keeps his prices very reasonable and ALWAYS comes through. He has a wonderful assortment of equipment and often goes above and beyond to accommodate. I HIGHLY recommend Hernandez Party Rentals 😀
Victor is fantastic! Great communication, easy to order, added on a tent last minute to keep our guests dry during our New Year’s party and Hernandez Party Rentals were able to accommodate us. Get the glow cubes - they were a hit for our guests. The hot dog machine, popcorn machine and fill n chill table were great too! Will definitely use this company again :)
I really enjoyed working with them. Alan was great! Very responsive and he always picked up when I called him. They dropped off and picked up on time. They also have the best rates out of anyone in the area! Everyone loved the chairs! All the rentals were well taken care of and looked amazing! Thank you! I look forward to working together again in the future!
