The service representative was wonderful. He showed me how to install my own furnace filter and address concerns I had for the spring/summer check. I had my furnace air conditioner installed in 2018 by Hetter Heating and Cooling, and they have stayed with me, keeping my HVAC running smoothly ever since.

We have been so pleased with Hetter Heating & Cooling. Our furnace was acting weird the week before Thanksgiving and they were able to work us in pretty quickly. The service man came on time and fixed the problem - on a Saturday. He informed us that our parts were under warranty and we were charged a reasonable labor price. Thank you Hetter - we are loyal customers from now on!

Lance was professional, efficient, and very nice. Repaired my furnace quickly. Definitely the most affordable business with great customer service that I have found for heating and cooling. When you call you talk to a live person right away, no menus to go through. Would 100% recommend! I plan on using them to replace my AC unit this spring.
